What is Smart Prepaid Sub-metering Solution?

When a meter – electric, gas or water meter – is used within a building or facility to measure the amount of energy for a specific purpose, area, or what we call “after the meter”, that is sub-metering. Our Smart Prepaid Sub-metering Solution allows a landlord, property management firm, condominium association, homeowners association, other multi-tenant property or mini grid operators to remotely monitor and bill tenants for individual water meters, gas meters, or electricity meters energy usage. In addition to the remote monitoring and billing of individual energy consumption, our Smart Prepaid Sub-metering Solution also allows building and facility managers and tenants to have visibility into the energy

Our smart water and gas meters are with complying with international open Communication protocols e.g Wired/Wireless M-Bus communication and LoraWAN communication and switchable between STS prepaid mode and postpaid mode.
